Refund policy

The free version of wachive is the full product with limits, not a demo: it runs the same parser and renderer on your real WhatsApp Web chats and exports the 100 most recent messages of any chat. Install it, export the chats you care about, and check the result. If the output is what you need, buy a license; if it is not, do not.

A paid license is delivered instantly, works forever, and can be used to complete an export the moment it is activated. For that reason we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any plan, renewal, or Firm band, including when a license was bought by mistake or is no longer needed.

If your license key never arrived, was delivered to the wrong address, or does not activate, contact us through the contact form with the email address you used at checkout and we will get your key working. If an export fails because WhatsApp changed its page layout, parser fixes are free for life and ship to everyone.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be excluded by agreement.
